1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Smart Sea Freight ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. In addition, when using this Platform's particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Account Registration and Security

To use certain features of the Platform, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Transmit any material that is abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, pornographic, obscene, libelous, or invasive of another's privacy.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers or networks connected to the Platform.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Smart Sea Freight, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform.
